Concentrated Industrial Strength Concrete Cleaner
Product Description
CC501 is a specially formulated cleaner that consists of the latest technology in concrete cleaning performance. It is a concentrated industrial strength concrete cleaner designed to remove even the toughest stains (ex. dirt, grime, oil, grease, rust, mold, mildew, algae and other contaminants, etc.) from most concrete and masonry surfaces including harshly blemished surfaces. CC501 comes in concentrated powder form which is easily diluted with water for desired cleaning strength. It can also be used in straight powder form for heavily stained and soiled surfaces. It also makes for an excellent pre-cleaner when preparing concrete surfaces for sealing with a penetrating sealer or topical coating. The formula is so effective that stains that cannot be removed with this cleaner are unlikely to be removed unless the concrete surface itself is replaced. A 32 oz. container of cleaning powder makes up to 5 gallons of liquid cleaner when diluted with water.
Recommended Uses
CC501 was originally developed for commercial and industrial applications and is widely used throughout North America to this day for those applications. Concrete Sealers USA is now also making this professional grade concrete cleaner available to the residential market so small contractors, applicators, and do-it-yourselfers can enjoy the same superior benefits that architects, engineers, and large contractors have enjoyed for years. CC501 is recommended for use on all forms of concrete and masonry surfaces. It is ideal for cleaning commercial and residential surfaces such as such as workshop floors, warehouse floors, automotive garage floors, retail store floors, restaurant floors, garage floors, basement floors, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, porches, steps, pool decking, patios, brick or stone pavers, and concrete pavers.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be clean and free of dust, dirt, and debris. Scraping off excess deposits is recommended prior to application. Protect all areas to be cleaned. Mask off all adjacent surfaces with painter’s tape, plastic duct tape, or plastic sheets, as necessary.
Application
Always test in small area prior to full application. Surface should be dry for prior to application of the cleaner. Do not apply below 40°F or above 85°F during the application period. Use CC501 in undiluted powder form for tough stains or dilute with water for lighter duty cleaning. If using as a powder, dampen the area to be cleaned with water. Broadcast powder uniformly over surface to be cleaned. Spot concentrate where required. Agitate with a stiff broom or brush to form a paste and allow cleaner to dwell 25-30 minutes keeping wet with a light misting of water. Rinse cleaned area thoroughly with water using a garden hose or by power washing and sweep clean with a broom. For severe stains, repeat a necessary.
If diluting with water, mix contents of a 32 oz. container to desired strength with up to 5 gallons of water and stir material thoroughly before and during application. Once mixed with water, the product is very stable and any excess can be stored in a closed container for later use. Spot treat severe stains and then saturate the entire area to be cleaned. Cleaner can be applied with low pressure sprayer, stiff broom, or brush. Agitate with a stiff broom or brush and allow cleaner to dwell 25-30 minutes keeping wet with a light misting of water. Rinse cleaned area thoroughly with water using a garden hose or by power washing and sweep clean with a broom. For severe stains, repeat a necessary. Clean application materials with warm water.
